The earlier that we receive your application, the greater the chance that we shall be able to identify an Internship that matches your requirements. We must receive your completed Application File and Deposit at least 8 weeks before your anticipated start date. We can accept applications within the 6 week period, but they will be subject to the 'Late Application Fee' Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy – summary. You are strongly advised to carefully read the full Terms and Condition for the Programme. They contain the ‘detail’ to the general points that are made here. You will be required to submit a signed copy of the relevant Terms & Conditions / Participant Agreement with your Application File. General Fees are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Cultural Cube only accepts payments in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). It is your responsibility to accurately convert the GBP amount shown into your currency to enable funds transfer. You are responsible for the Bank Charges and/or cost of transferring funds to Cultural Cube by one of the methods we have indicated. You must ensure that the amount that reaches us is the exact equivalent of the GBP fees shown. Any refunds that may be due will be paid to you within 45 days of Cultural Cube receiving any relevant documentation, including the Cancellation and Disclaimer.
